I've had a great experience with Fiers over the years. All of the technicians I've dealt with has been courteous and professional. Jaden came to complete HVAC work July 17th and 19th in Wickliffe, Ky and did an awesome job! He has multidimensional skills. He had a sound understanding of mechanic s and electricity and tools and how to work with them. He used his knowledge and experience to complete the job in a timely and efficient manner. He also checked to assure he abide by proper safety protocol. When Jaden installed a new motor he tried to get me the best price possible. Fiers is customer friendly and cost conscious. Closing on a new residence and having the cooling system go belly-up 24hours later is not the "welcome home" anyone needs or anticipates. Moving across the country- and knowing no one to call in this brand-new state of mine- made the prospect of finding a reputable company to work with daunting to say the least. Then I found Fiers. I made the call, and they sent out their service tech, Owen. Knowledgeable, professional, communicative and personable he set my mind at ease almost immediately. He discovered the "fix" and then went above and beyond rectifying the issue. Learning that I had no previous knowledge of mini splits, he took the time to educate me on the system, how to manage it the most efficiently, and even provided a link for more in-depth information if needed. Beginning with my initial call to the office manager, Heather and continuing throughout my experience with Owen, I can highly recommend Fiers Heating & Air Conditioning for fast, affordable and impeccable sales and service. Great service. Fiers came to repair my air conditioner the same day I called. Heather kept me informed of everything and Josh was knowledgeable and courteous.

Fires Heating and Air Conditioning has truly been a " Godsend" to me. From the onset of the experience , Heather masterfully maneuvered me into their busy schedule, careful not to overextend the techs. Jayden and Owen were on the job quickly , systematically evaluating the unit. My unit was working efficiently within minutes. This team is filled with integrity , knowledge , but most importantly compassion. Each person and situation they treat as if you were the only service call they had scheduled that day. Spending adequate time to listen and then using their resources to remedy the issue in record time. I strongly recommend this company. I just wish I had found them sooner. I needed a replacement upstairs unit for our geothermal system. After getting $5K increase in quote from winter to spring from a local company we had trusted I felt compelled to get other quotes. Ira was the only one to show up when he said he would. Immediately I was impressed with his professionalism. The quote was reasonable, timely, the payment process smooth and most importantly the job was expeditiously handled. It was able to be completed within the timeframe promised and it was not necessary for me to be home during installation. I am excited to have a dedicated knowledgeable reasonably priced local company to help maintain and service our geothermal system. I highly recommend Fiers and looking forward to a continued worry free 5 Star relationship for our heating and cooling needs.

They came out the next morning to look at my AC unit when it stopped working the day before. I was getting a new roof put on and the roofers threw shingles on top of the AC unit and it busted the coil. Needless to say, I ended up getting a new unit. Fiers technicians were great to work with, professional and did a great job. The lady who answers the phone and takes the appointments was very nice and helpful. I would definitely call them again.

I had a great experience working with Fiers on a new-build HVAC install. They clearly take pride in their work and are very responsive. I will use them again in the future and will recommend them to others.

Last year (2022) my blower motor went out. No heat. Fiers were the only ones who were willing to come out. They even had an extremely packed schedule. They got me fixed up. The tech and desk lady were great to work with. Then December 2023, 2 more things went out. Right after Christmas. The tech showed me so much patience as he explained and showed me everything. The desk lady was once again so compassionate and understanding. They had to order parts from Lennox who took their sweet time delivering the parts. The desk lady called them over and over for status updates. She would call me with updates and check on us. As soon as the parts came in, she sent 2 guys out for the first appt and had it fixed ASAP. They have been such blessings. I highly recommend them for anyone.

They always go above and beyond.

They show up on time and call if they are going to be late. Seem to be very knowledgeable and get the problem fixed.

Fiers is the absolute best around. A few months back they fixed our Ac unit when no one else could!! Reliable Great folks who go above and beyond and at a reasonable price. Excellent Excellent company and people!

Fiers Heating and Air has fixed several HVAC issues with a commercial unit that no one else was able to fix. They also replaced an HVAC unit at my loft and have always showed up on time and are completely professional. Highly recommended. 👍🏻

My A/C froze up during the HOTTEST day of the year! Called for HELP, and in just a few hours FIERS had an awesome tech at my house working on my system. FANTASTIC service, completely professional, and reasonable prices! HIGHLY recommend! They are my new go-to company for all things HVAC!!

My air conditioner stopped working on a Saturday and Jaden came to see what was wrong as soon as I called. He is awesome!!!! He was professional, polite and very caring. I had to purchase a new air conditioner. The whole staff was great.

I can’t say enough how grateful I am that they came out to my house in bad weather and fixed my heat. I won’t ever go anywhere again. They came to fix about 2 hours after our call. Three other places could not come today.They fixed problem within 20 minutes. We had no heat all night.
