In southwestern Kentucky is a small, census-designated community known as Symsonia. It is 15 miles south of the Ohio River and 30 miles north of the Tennessee state border. According to a United States Census Bureau report, Symsonia became populated by approximately 615 people in 2017. Symsonia is estimated to be the third largest census-designated community in Graves County, Kentucky.
